- Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate Pre-K curriculum and daily lesson plans
- Create a safe, nurturing, and structured classroom environment aligned with Christian values
- Monitor and assess student progress, adapting instruction to meet individual learning needs
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student development and classroom activities
- Supervise and mentor classroom aides and assistant teachers
- Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and developmental documentation
- Collaborate with school administration and staff to support school-wide goals and events
- Previous experience in a lead teacher role in a Pre-K or early childhood setting
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices and early childhood learning standards
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Alignment with Christian faith and values; commitment to faith-based education
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
